Nature of Services
Stromline provides digital marketing and content creation services. Because these are creative and time-based services, refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
Deposits
Any deposit paid to begin a project is non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits secure your spot and cover initial strategy and planning time.
Project Cancellations
If a client cancels a project mid-way through:

Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed rate

Any remaining balance beyond work completed will be refunded

Delivered and approved work is non-refundable
Revisions
Revision rounds are outlined in each individual client agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees rather than qualify for a refund.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the work delivered, please reach out directly before pursuing any dispute. I am committed to finding a fair resolution.
